Ingredients

  • ½ cup of orange juice,
  • ½ cup of yogurt (any of your choice),
  • 1 orange peeled and frozen,
  • 1 tangerine also peeled and frozen,
  • I sliced peach fruit, also frozen.

Tips

  • Always wash the fruits with a pinch of salt and rinse with warm water before slicing,
  • Slice into pieces the fruits especially hard ones for easy blending,
  • It is better to freeze the fruits so that it will be ready and chill for immediate consumption,
  • Clean the blender before adding the fruits,
  • Always add the liquids first near or above the blades before blending for the easy and smooth running of the blade,
  • Always store the blended fruits (smoothie) in an air-tight container (preferably a transparent container),
  • Refrigerate any left-over fruit so it won’t go bad.

  • Pour the orange juice,

  • Add the frozen sliced fruits (orange, tangerine, and peach fruit) for easy blending,
  • And blend until smooth and sweet,
