There are many coffee scrub recipes for smooth skin to choose from but keep in mind these three things:
  • Texture,
  • Ingredients,
  • Durability, and
  • Effects.
Just to know which is most suitable for your use and always do more research and consider the habit of checking with your doctor before using any medication prescribed on the internet whether synthetic or natural.

  • 1 cup of coffee grounds
  • 3 tablespoons of any carrier oil of choice (coconut oil, vitamin E oil, Olive oil, Argan oil)
  • 2-3 tablespoons of brown sugar (add according to desired texture)

Method of Preparation/ Use

  • Use a double-boiler to warm up the oil,
  • Mix all the ingredients together to form a soft paste,
  • Apply in a circular motion on the affected areas,
  • Wash off with water and dry with a clean dry towel,
  • Apply any natural body moisturizing oil of your choice,
  • Repeat the process for about 3 times a week until you get your desired result.


It is always best to store natural skincare mixture in an airtight jar and preserved in the refrigerator, with a label of the production date and possible expiration date on the container.

2. Dry Brushing
