Strawberry and grape (red) Smoothie Recipe 

Ok!. It's a day (bridge) to my birthday (Nov. 22nd) and I'm already in the mood for all things sweet and bright like this sweet and bright colored Strawberry and grape smoothie I made today. First of all, you should know that I traveled miles away from home just to get the strawberry fruit that I used for this smoothie but it doesn't matter because I had fun all the way and finally chilled with this beauty drink.

Strawberry is a great fruit known for its famous flavor found in almost all products you can think of. combined with grape (red) is awesome. you should try this recipe, I'm sure you will thank me later.


  • ½ cup of almond milk,
  • ½ cup of yogurt,
  • ¼ of a small size watermelon (just for extra red sweetness),
  • Some strawberries,
  • A hand full of red grapes.


It is very important to know the many nutrients you can get in any drink you take.
  • Fruits like watermelon, strawberries, and red grapes promote good and stable health,
  • They help maintain good heart health especially red grapes,
  • They boost memory function,
  • They cleanse our body urinary tract,
  • Most importantly, a mixture of the above-mentioned fruits helps to brighten your day.


  • Wash the fruits with warm water and salt,
  • Carefully reduce or remove completely the number of seeds in the watermelon (optional),
  • Slice the fruits into smaller pieces,
  • Be sure to freeze the fruits as you will definitely enjoy a chilled finished result,
  • Always add the liquids first near the blade or above it, it will help for easy blending,
  • Preserve the smoothie in a tightly covered jar (preferably a transparent jar).


  • Add the almond milk and yogurt,
  • Add the frozen fruits (watermelon, strawberries, and red grapes),
  • Then blend all that goodness together.
  • Enjoy right away, or store in an air-tight container and preserve in a refrigerator. It will last up to 4 days.
