Home-Made Teeth Whitener that also Removes Plague

Tooth plaque is a sticky film that builds up on your teeth and contains millions of bacteria.

These bacteria are responsible for a toothache and decay and ultimately leads to gum disease if they are not removed regularly through brushing and flossing, and it can harden into tartar. However, a recipe has been made and tested by lots of people with such a problem. 
A lot of people have excessively accumulated tartar on their teeth. This unhealthy development can lead to minor or chronic mouth odor as the case may be.

Apart from that, it threatens the composition of the person affected by it. It irritates most people as they obviously get uncomfortable around you.

There's no need to worry, such a problem have a solution, not just a solution, but an inexpensive homemade teeth whitener/ bleaching solution.

Meaning, you don’t have to go to the hospital to whiten/ bleach your teeth or remove tooth plague or tartar, you can actually do it at home with some of the ingredients you probably have at home.

Get ready as we make this super easy homemade teeth whitener/ bleaching solution together. There are different stages of this type of problem.

Stage 1

The brown teeth
For this stage you will need;
  • 1 tsp of baking soda (sodium bicarbonate)
  • ½ cup of warm water,
  • 1 cup of Coldwater, and
  • A soft toothbrush.


  • Dip your toothbrush in the warm water to wet it,
  • Use the wet tooth bush to pick some to the baking soda,
  • Spread some more of the baking soda on the wet toothbrush from time to time as you brush your teeth (about two times) then spit it,
  • Use some of the cold water to rinse your mouth, spit it. Repeat the washing process for the second time.

Stage 2

The one with mild plague/ tartar

For this stage you will need;

  • 1 tbsp of baking soda,
  • 1 tsp of salt,
  • 1 cup of warm water,
  • 1 cup of cold water,
  • 1 soft toothbrush,
  • 3 toothpicks.


  • Mix ½ tsp of salt in ½ cup of warm water,
  • Mix the remaining ½ tsp of salt with the baking soda,
  • Rinse your mouth with the mixture of warm water and salt,
  • Let the mixture sit in your mouth for about a minute, then spit it,
  • Wet the toothbrush in the warm water, then use it to pick the mixture of baking soda and salt,
  • Gently brush your teeth with it,
  • Use the toothpicks to carefully remove the tartar from between the teeth,
  • spit it after a while, and repeat the procedure until the mixture is completely used,
  • Rinse properly with cold water and spit it all out.

Stage 3

The chronic one with stubborn plague/tartar

For this stage you will need;

  • 1 tbsp of baking soda,
  • 1 tsp of salt,
  • ¼ cup of hydrogen peroxide,
  • 1 cup of warm water,
  • 1 cup of cold water,
  • 1 chewing stick,
  • 3 toothpicks,
  • 1 toothbrush,
  • Mirror.


  • Mix ½ cup of warm water with ½ tsp of salt,
  • Mix the baking soda with the remaining ½ tsp of salt,
  • Wet the toothbrush with the warm water and dip it to pick the baking soda and salt mixture,
  • Use the toothbrush to spread the mixture on the teeth and more on the affected areas and leave it for a minute.
  • Use the toothbrush to wash your teeth for another 1 minute,
  • Switch to the chewing stick, use the rough edge to scrub gently on the affected areas,
  • Use the mirror to watch as you brush your teeth,
  • Use the cold water to rinse properly and spit it.


  • Always rinse the mouth before washing or applying any treatment,
  • Do not swallow the baking soda, rinse properly with cold water and spit it,
  • Always brush your teeth gently, not to incur a form of injury in your mouth,
  • A soft toothbrush is highly recommended for this tutorial,
  • For maximum result, ensure to brush your teeth twice daily with a good quality toothpaste.
