Banana and Mango Smoothie Recipe

This article is actually on how I made my banana and mango smoothie, the outcome of this lovely combination is a beauty to behold. it is rich and exciting to taste, packed full with health-boosting nutrients. I am excited to share this recipe.

So it was very sunny and boring, and I was done with my major work of the day, then I thought for a while; why not spark up your slow, sunny and boring day with a blend of two or more fruits. immediately, I became energized and lively just with the thought of it so I quickly moved to the kitchen, grabbed the only colorful fruits that sat next to each other and boom!! this wonderful mix of healthy, tasty, and colorful mango and banana smoothie. Now, I don't know if anyone else has made it so, I'm still pleased to share the adventure of my banana and mango smoothie recipe, so..... enjoy!.

Yummy and healthy mango and banana smoothie Recipe

  • ½ cup of mango juice,
  • ½ cup of any yogurt of your choice,
  • 1 ripe mango,
  • 1 ripe banana,
  • A pinch of grated ginger,
  • Scent leave or a round-slice of banana for dressing.
  • Wash neatly with a pinch of salt your fruits before chopping into pieces,
  • Chop into tiny pieces your fruits before adding to your blender,
  • Freeze your chopped fruits before blending (that way, your smoothie is chilled and ready for immediate consumption),
  • Wash and clean your blender,
  • Add your liquid first near or a little above the blades to ensure a smooth blending,
  • Package your blended fruits (smoothie) in an air-tight container,
  • Store your smoothie in a refrigerator otherwise, it will go bad.


  • Add your liquid first into the blender,
  • Add the yogurt,
  • Add the frozen chopped fruits (pineapple, mango, banana, papaya)
  • Add a pinch of grated ginger, and
  • Blend all of the goodness together.
